Ah, Sweden. Land of supermodels, tidal power, and ready-to-assemble furniture. If the people were any nicer, they’d be Canadian. If they were any whiter, they’d be Irish. I just had the creepiest pre-Valentines day.
The lady and I both had business stuff to do on Valentine’s day (a Monday), so we decided to drive up the coast and celebrate our lovin’ one day early, on Sunday. It was excellent, and mostly played by ear; we leisurely rolled north until arriving in Santa Barbara. After a romantic breakfast on the coast, we decided to walk around. It went as follows: We didn’t leave the hotel again. m
